All deposits are absolutely non-refundable. No exceptions.

No returns on anything. All sales are final.

Appointments must be booked at least two days in advance. Anything booked outside that window is subject to cancellation.

There is a 20-minute grace period. After that, a $50 late fee applies.

No-shows that aren't communicated will be charged 50% of the appointment price. If something comes up, just reach out — communication is everything.

Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early to your appointment.

Park in the space directly in front of the door — not in the street.

Wig drop-off ahead of your appointment is preferred. If you're bringing your wig with you instead, you must let me know in advance and understand your appointment time will run longer.

Extensions that have been tampered with will not be accepted (this falls under the no-returns policy).

Children are welcome as long as they're well-behaved.
